A client should train with me because I will push them to break down mental barriers that they wouldn't normally do on their own. My goal is to improve others' performance, mentally and physically. A healthy body is a major part of the picture, but having someone to encourage and support you, even on your worst days, can help to form a healthy and resilient mind.
