I started off in the gym very skinny and lost. I always wanted to gain muscle but didn’t know the proper training routine or nutrition. With the help of my gym peers who had more experience and doing my own research I have been able to achieve a physique that people ask me about all the time. It feels good but at the same time it rewarding to know that my personal efforts are what cause it. I also am gonna be in this with you like I was with myself when I began lifting.
I love workouts that include my upper body. I feel it really helps push my limits.
I love seafood. Salmon and Mahi are some of my favorite foods to eat. Also love lean red meat.
Plain chicken breast is probably the one I dislike the most. I need to add it to something.
