They should always train with a coach. Anyone can get free information online and not use it properly or follow thru. Having a coach is great for accountability and actually getting/seeing the changes they are wanting.
Circuit style strength training is my go to workout. I enjoy peloton rides as well or quick runs.

I enjoy all foods but my least favorite healthy food is cantaloupe just not a fan of the flavor.
