I believe in bringing a positive and energetic attitude to enjoy every workout. My cueing also makes for a mindful workout to check in with form and improve body awareness. I have worked with a wide range of people, including children, youth athletes, and adults of all ages, which has made me adaptable and knowledgeable when it comes to supporting each of their needs. My knowledge of Spanish and ASL has also allowed me to reach multiple communities and empower them to reach their wellness goals.
