I've been fascinated with the effect of fitness on the human body since I was a teenager. I think exercise provides a sense of control over one's body and image. I became a trainer so I could share that with others and empower them to feel confident and strong. I love enabling people to discover what their body is capable of and what challenges they can overcome.

I have a wide variety of experience in the fitness field. I began in general personal training, moved into rehab based training in chiropractic, then HIIT style training in a high end boutique, and finally as an Exercise Specialist in a Medical Exercise Program for my local hospital. I can provide safe, effective training and motivation to all kinds of clients. They can trust that they are getting true information and workouts suited for them!
