I have over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry as a NASM trainer. I've also worked in many rehab settings and I am a running Coach!

I have a wide variety of experience in the fitness field. I began in general personal training, moved into rehab based training in chiropractic, then HIIT style training in a high end boutique, and finally as an Exercise Specialist in a Medical Exercise Program for my local hospital. I can provide safe, effective training and motivation to all kinds of clients. They can trust that they are getting true information and workouts suited for them!
I love running more than anything, but I also enjoy lifting and yoga.
