I have put a lot of work into educating myself on the most efficient and creative ways to train in order to reach our goals. Clients have the ability to train with others or by themselves, but are they are preventing themselves from reaching their full potential! My degrees, CSCS certification, and exercise background make me well versed to work with any population.

My go to foods include rice, protein, fruits and veggies of all kinds, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc!
I am not a fan of certain proteins, kale, etc. However I’m not a picky eater!
