I started my fitness journey in 2015, weightlifting two or three times a week. I kept that up for the last 8 years on my own and when I felt I was comfortable enough in my own ability, I could get certified and share what I have learned over the years.
An intense weight lifting session, usually lower body. Squats and deadlifts are among my favorite.
