I have always been an active person, spending plenty of time in the gym, but never considered myself an athlete (I really have no hand-eye coordination). After college I found my groove and really felt a difference in my body. I began doing exercises that I enjoyed instead of just what I saw others doing in the gym. My athleticism improved immensely and I began playing sports I never could before, like tennis and pickle ball. I'm no Serena Williams but I am confident enough to go to the local courts and play pick-up games with strangers! My goal is to help clients feel their best, too! If they're not happy, I'm not happy. My passion is not only improving someone's muscle tone or endurance but helping them lower their blood pressure or keep their triglycerides in check. Fitness and nutrition have the power to heal!
