I was a single mom and have overcome health issues in the past, so I can relate to a variety of barriers to exercise (and hopefully provide some personal tips and tricks I learned to overcome them). I love at-home full-body workouts utilizing cables/bands, plyos, core training and functionality!
Fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, nut butters, bone broths, & Lara Bars!
I eat just about anything! The few things I don’t like are: melons, tomatoes, bananas, and sushi!

In high school I played volleyball year round and was planning on playing in college!
