My mission is to help clients become their own health practitioners in their lives through developing knowledge and LOVE for nutrition and fitness. I am someone who is researching and educating myself about fitness and nutrition so that I can teach others, taking away the grunt work. One of my main contributors to weight loss was getting my food habits dialed in while lifting heavy. The two of them together have completely changed the way I view myself, physically and mentally. I want the same for my clients & will be right by their side when they are achieving their goals!
Maddie's mantra
My client should train with me because I educate them about what exactly their body is doing and why as it pertains to their goals. When a client is able to learn from the trainer and understand why their body is doing something, they're able to comprehend the benefits at a deeper level- resulting in long term success.
