Having grown up playing multiple sports and getting experience with a lot of different groups of people as both an athlete and a trainer have broadened my area and understanding of fitness. There is no one size fits all and that's ok. That is why we are here to help guide them along the path of what they are capable of and help them excel and achieve things that they may not have thought possible.
I enjoy full body workout sessions that feel like I have worked hard. Running is sometimes fun too
I enjoy cooking stir-fried rice. I love the varied mix of veggies and protein types I can add to it
I'm not a super adventurous eater so I struggle with seafood :/
