I love to see my clients succeed and I cheer them on all the time even when they don't see physical changes. A fitness journey is full of highs and lows. A personal trainer needs to be with the client during their personal bests, but especially in the lows when clients need that extra push to know it will be worth it.
My go-to workout is a good quad session finishing it off with some stair climbing!
