Besides playing 4 sports and competitively participating in Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, and PowerLifting, I have over 9 years experience of training people and treating professional athletes. Along with being a physical therapist and nutrition coach, this has given me an abundance of knowledge and the ability to know how to keep clients in the gym - even through injuries or life's ups and downs.
Depends on my goals, but usually weightlifting and HIIT (squats or lunges with rowing and burpees)!
It's hard to beat good salmon or grilled chicken in a Mediterranian Salad or Greek yogurt & grapes!
I'm still trying to force down kelp every now and then haha - fingers crossed one day I like it.

Between classical piano & hip hop - the sad guy vibes usually means heavier weight is moving.
I grew up on a cattle farm, play piano, and like to sing. Oh, and I love to ski and snowboard!
