I workout in the comfort of my own home myself and I make my own plans. I also just had a baby, so I have a lot of personal experience in getting that wanted pre pregnancy body for mamas back and doing it in the heathiest way without deprivation or torturing themselves. I want to make fitness enjoyable for clients and teach them how important it is to find a routine they love and will stick with because fitness is a lifestyle and should never be treated as a punishment to just lose weight. Sure getting that body you want is a huge perk, but it is more about learning to fall in love with moving your body and doing it as a way to clear the mind
