My go-to type of workout is a giant set of calisthenics movements: push-ups, pull-ups, and squats.
I love the basics: chicken, beef, pasta, and rice. I also love seafood: salmon, tuna, and shrimp.
There are only a few healthy foods I hate: asparagus, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and peas.
