I believe clients should train with me because I can help them with accountability and be with them every step of the way when it comes to reaching their desired goals. I can motivate them because I just want to the to succeed. I will encourage them even when things are not going very good for them. I will not allow them to give up on themselves because deep down I know that they want to make a change for the better.
One of my favorite workout sessions is High intensity interval training. It’s a real sweat session.
Some of my healthy foods are chicken breast, turkey, oatmeal, eggs, egg whites and water.
Not really a fan of beef liver.
