I want to help individuals of ALL abilities in life improve their knowledge of the gym, and become healthier. I believe that with compassion and understanding where individuals are currently at in their journey, we can all make strides to making fitness and health “less intimidating” to people who start. Being healthy doesn’t have to be daunting, which is why I try to be as friendly and understanding to everyone I work with.

I have worked with 1000’s of individuals of varying abilities in life (seniors, individuals with disabilities, collegiate athletes, general population, and adolescents) and because of this have developed a unique perspective on coaching in health, that goes beyond “eat less, move more” mentality. I try to bridge the idea that exercise and fitness isn’t intimidating, and can help anyone, of any ability tremendously in their life.
