Meet Coach Lo

My Mission

My mission is to help clients unlock their potential and feel better in their bodies. I used to experience heavy bouts of depression, which skewed the my self image but played a part in how I treated my body. Self-doubt can really cause damage to our bodies and overall wellness. When I started my path into better physical wellness, I strengthened my mind-body connection and gained appreciation for my body; in doing so I began feeling better about myself and more confident about achieving other goals not related to fitness.

I meet them where they're at and show them they are more than capable. I help my clients not only break through physical barriers but guide them through breaking down mental blocks that inhibit their physical performance. Mental toughness leads to physical strength.
