I firmly believe that a client should have a trainer that has seen their own success when it comes to creating healthy habits. That being said, a client should train with me because I have lost over 50 pounds through diet and exercise, I have competed in 2 half marathons and a triathlon and I ran for a Division I collegiate cross country team.
