Information online doesn't motivate you long term. Having someone you can ask questions to or help push you through a bad day/week is what most people need. I am easy to talk to, knowledgeable, push people to keep going and enjoy what I do.
My absolute favorite workout is weight training with a close runner up of sprint intervals!!
So many favorite foods!! I Love Stir-fry's & Salads, Shrimp, Mangos, Asparagus, Quinoa & Mushrooms.
Not a huge fan of anything dairy, salmon, bananas or dragon fruit.

Hmm favorite music, that depends on my mood! Usually dance music or hard rock while I'm working out.
What most people are surprised to learn about me, I did figure shows and I use to DJ in night clubs.
