In my opinion, one of the greatest attributes to have as a trainer, is the ability to really connect with your clients, and that's something I feel makes me different than the rest.

Really depends on the day and the client. Really anything that's upbeat and fits the workout plan
I played soccer, volleyball and basketball, and was chosen to play soccer internationally at 16
