They should train with me because I have 4.5 years of college education in health and fitness science. I also have valuable volunteer coaching experience for varsity D1 college athletes, years of beginner-college level competitive gymnastics coaching and condition programming. I have worked with athletes for years and saw amazing results all from programs I alone created.
