I knew at 16 years old that I wanted to spend the rest of my life in the gym! I wanted to help others to be the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. The benefits of strength training are numerous and are beneficial to all - no matter your gender, age, physical ability or disability. I have both helped with and observed through the years, hundreds of people reach their goals, whether it be weight loss, strength gain, cancer rehabilitation, mental wellness, etc. Connecting with my clients and building a relationship with them as a partner on their wellness journey has been my number one mission and will continue to be my goal with each and every client.
