My mission to help people live a longer happier life. My standpoint of fitness is to not only do it for yourself but to be around your loved ones longer. Health and fitness is great because you can choose whatever your motivation whether it be better quality of life, more time with family, better mental health. I got into fitness to be apart of preventative health care. I got into fitness to work on Prehab, spend less time/money on trying to fix symptoms when you can help prevent against some of those symptoms. I got into fitness to help mental health, giving people a reason and a mission to keep going. I got into fitness to create integrity, resilience and strength.
I have an extensive background knowledge about modifications and progressions. I am able to make a workout fit the individual and their goals instead of them fit into a workout that isn’t appropriate for them.
