I believe I set myself apart from other trainers by not using one motivating technique/ teaching style. Using multiple approaches is important because I can provide quality care to a broad spectrum of clientele with the recognition that there are many learning styles. I pride myself on individualizing my approach for each client, even when I teach in a group setting. Through this method, I have noticed I am able to push my clients to work harder and retain client's for a longer period of time.
I love training strength! My favorite is a good heavy leg day ending with some core!
Like a typical millennial, I love my avocado toast. Add an egg for protein and I'm happy!
Please don't substitute my bread and rice with cauliflower. Also no mushrooms or Rx bars here please

Nothing gets my hyped in the gym like early 2000s hits. Pop or hip hop/ rap work equally well.
When I tell them I used to be in a "circus." I did aerial arts at a local gym!
