Why Train With Me

My clients mean the world to me, and I have gotten the opportunity to see how much of an impact my online programs have had on them with their busy lives. However, I am also a huge advocate for finding a coach that is right for you and your goals. I was a year round USA league swimmer for about 10 years up until i got injured before college. Given my athletic background, I had to put my energy towards something now that I couldn't swim anymore. That is when I fell in love with weight lifting. I went into it with zero knowledge and zero idea of where to start. I remember having to buy a variety of books, numerous training programs, and using social media to help me and wondering why I wasn't seeing results. I don't want anyone to be in the position I was in when starting my fitness journey. Given my interpersonal understanding, my education, and my experimental background with numerous training methods, clients feel that they can trust me with their journey and that I understand what they are going through because I was once in their shoes.
