As a coach I strive to be different by finding a way for people to live how they want: travel, go to sports games, festivals, etc. while still meeting their health goals. I push people to there limit and make them just uncomfortable enough to realize they can do so much more then they ever thought possible.
My go to workout is a split strength training circuit with a little bit of cardio.
My favorite healthy food has to be anything protein.
I despise rice it is never my go to carb source.
