They should train with me because I would recommend exercises and meals that best suit their needs and not random plans/workouts. I would try my hardest to make sure my client is enjoying getting healthy rather than a strict diet plan. I would always tell my client to look at it as a lifestyle change.
My go to workouts are deadlifting, shoulder press, and gotta love some cardio!
