I've worked with all levels of athletes, recreational and professional.
Deadlifts -- my sport of choice is powerlifting and this is my best/favorite lift.
Big fan of breakfast food so an egg scramble with veggies, plus a side of toast & jam, is perfect.
Nothing against veggie juices but if it has cucumber in it... no thank you.
