I believe in pushing people to reach their full potential and helping them overcome obstacles they may have in everyday life. There may be free information online, but, that doesn't always mean it is accurate. With a degree in exercise science and studying through the NSCA to become a personal trainer, I believe I have the correct knowledge to help all clients from adolescents to older adults
