My Mission

My mission is to help my clients make small and achievable changes to develop daily healthy habits that are sustainable no matter what life throws at them. When my Mom passed away at only 65, it inspired me to start exercising and eating more nutritious foods to get off medication for my chronically high blood pressure and become a stronger, more present, mom, wife, sister, and friend. I have always loved to learn. I believe knowledge is a powerful gift. Once we learn what works, we are unstoppable. I am passionate about helping my clients discover what will work for them so they can live life on their terms. There is absolutely nothing like feeling amazing. We simply don't know what it's like to feel great until we are pain-free and can move as we wish. My goal is for all of my clients to LOVE how they feel every single day and to enjoy every minute of their journey. I want to empower everyone I work with to love the process and to enjoy taking the best possible care of themselves.

I love full-body and compound moves. My favorite workout includes HIIT, core, and strength training!

Healthy food I love

My go-to food is peanut butter. On anything! I also love avocado on Killer Dave's multi-grain toast.

Healthy food I hate

I do not like olives. I know they are rich in polyphenols but I just can't do the texture!
