I believe having human interaction and an accountability partner who will check in to see if the client is on track with their goals is important for staying motivated and consistent. I specifically coach on health with habit change and fitness specializing in HIIT and strength training. With my health coach certification, I have a psychological approach while creating a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and stress management to achieve weight loss and/or muscle gain.
