Why Train With Me

I believe that a client is a perfect fit for me because I am living proof of my own word. As I have a fitness page of my own, I believe that I display characteristics such as discipline, accountability, and honesty as a coach. I am completely transparent with any individual I train with and I practice what I preach on a daily basis. I also have 4 years of school and 3 years of experience in the field with proven results. The majority of the stuff available online is not cookie cutter for every individual because everyone has different goals and different bodies!
