By training with me, clients will get an individualized full body workout that takes into account their current fitness level, any injuries/limitations they may have, and their goals. I will offer a positive, encouraging atmosphere and cue form throughout the entirety of the session. I will also adjust the workout as needed and leave the client excited and ready for more!
My current go to workout is a steady state run. I also have a goal each day of at least 100 pushups!
Oatmeal is a great option! Its yummy, keeps you satisfied, and there are so many ways to spice it up
