I understand the importance of explaining the “why” behind my approach to personal training. I pride myself on my ability to design safe and effective fitness programs. My experience allows to me to build programs for individuals who have been diagnosed with or are at a high risk of developing conditions/diseases including heart disease, COPD, chronic high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, low back pain, and cancer.
I love a slow burn! Therefore, Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, and Barre are my personal go-to's.
Smoothie bowls are my favorite year-round, especially Dragonfruit bowls!
