Having free information is always a go getter however, it doesn’t do anything for you nor does it actually tell you how to move. There are certain movements & ways to move during exercises. If you move incorrectly without the right guidance you’ll be able to injure yourself. Through that injury you might be tempted to swear off working out altogether, but that’s where I come in.
