A client should train with me because I am someone who has had their life changed completely because of personal training. My personal trainer helped me to lose 55lbs and introduced me to the field that I did not even realize was meant for me. Because of my weight loss and my dedication to the gym, my current employer offered me a career in the field and I felt so inspired to be able to return that gift of healthy living and a healthy relationship with your body to others. Training with me will teach clients that they can do challenging things and that they are more than capable of reaching their goals.
My go-to workout is a classic compound lift (bench, squat, or deadlift) followed by some weights!
Avocado, eggs, Italian roasted chicken, anything with cheese, and blackberries!
