I am a motivated group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and powerlifting athlete that is dedicated to helping clients of all fitness levels and experience get into shape to achieve their fitness goals. I strongly believe that hard work, consistency, and dedication can produce results that lead to a long and healthy life. Back in graduate school, I weighed the most I ever was at the age of 25. I was having serious health concerns, I could not sleep, and I was just overall not in a healthy mental space. I chose to invest in myself through fitness and through a series of different programs and styles of exercise, I lost 70 pounds and found a new love for personal training! I know that there are others out there who have or are experiencing similar things, and I want to help them achieve the results that they are dreaming about!
Laura's mantra
A client should train with me because I am someone who has had their life changed completely because of personal training. My personal trainer helped me to lose 55lbs and introduced me to the field that I did not even realize was meant for me. Because of my weight loss and my dedication to the gym, my current employer offered me a career in the field and I felt so inspired to be able to return that gift of healthy living and a healthy relationship with your body to others. Training with me will teach clients that they can do challenging things and that they are more than capable of reaching their goals.
