My Mission

As a woman in the fitness industry, it is most important to me to break down the stereotypical barriers that women aren’t supposed to look “strong”. I hope to inspire women all over the world to crush these absurd ideals and chase their dreams, even if it goes against social norms. I hope to be your ally on this journey while we co-create a fitness plan that will create lasting change.
