As someone who knows the hurdles of starting your fitness journey. One of the biggest things that helps is having someone there to hold you accountable and be able to give guidance when needed. Everyone has goals and sure you can find answers online, but having someone there along the way makes the journey feel less daunting. My biggest goal is not only helping you reach yours, but eventually give you the opportunity to grow and build independent healthy habits!
Being a strength athlete, my go-to exercises are anything involving Squat, Bench, and Deadlift!
Definite go to meal is rice with chicken thighs, salad mix, and some non-fat greek yogurt!
I'm not a picky eater, but I'd definitely say grilled fish is not my favorite!

A variety of music ranging from heavy metal to classical! But definitely anything hype when I lift !
I definitely think how much I can lift! My best lifts are 570 Squat, 350 Bench, and 660 Deadlift!
