My Mission

I decided to work as a personal trainer because I love being healthy, regular physical activity is so important to overall wellness, and I enjoy helping other people be healthier. I think truly being healthy encompasses a balance of the four elements of mind, body, spirit, and nature. I am also working on further specializing with children, pre/post-natal women, and people with disabilities since my partner is a disabled veteran and I know what a struggle that can be. Helping people get started who want to become more active in their lives is another one of my favorite groups to work with since being regularly active is important. In summary, helping people heal is my main passion. I listen to my clients to understand their needs and preferences, then work with them to create a program tailored for them.
