From my background where I earned a Bachelors & Masters degree in Kinesiology and from first hand experience as an athlete, I believe I am great at communication, motivation, and providing a rewarding overall experience for my clients with an in depth knowledge of the fitness world. I understand that every BODY is different and as a coach I can provide unique knowledge to each of them physically to benefit the body mentally and emotionally, as well.
Any leg day that includes barbell back squats or deadlifts for a lot of reps is my favorite!!
My newest go-to is bell pepper slices with cream cheese topped with anything but the bagel seasoning
