I had the same free information available to me and it still took me years to understand it and utilize it to the degree I do now. If someone feels that they can do it themselves then I wish them the best, but I KNOW what works and can save them a lot of time and prevent years of mistakes.
These days its HIIT training calisthenics. Pushups, pullups, headstands, dips etc.
Oatmeal with fruit and Greek yogurt.
