I have the experience and knowledge to help individuals of all abilities, to ensure they reach their goals, while staying injury free. Enjoying the process is my biggest philosophy, and for that reason I take the time to establish a personal connection to all clients, so that they see me as not only a trainer, but a friend who truly cares and wants to see them succeed.
My go-to workout is definitely a high intensity, heavy leg workout, with lots of compound movements.
My favourite healthy meal is a lean cut of steak with white rice.
I hate all green vegetables, and most seafood.
