My Mission

My mission is not exactly to help people lose weight or get faster, I do this to see those I work with feel happy and enjoy coming to workout every day. Yeah, working out hurts, and I am going to push those around me to work hard, but I am a believer in, if you enjoy what you are doing and WANT to be there to work out, you will see results much faster than feeling you NEED to do the workout. When I was the team leader for the cross country, I was always making sure I talked to each one of my teammates every day. It did not matter if they were the fastest runner on the team or the slowest, seeing a smile on my teammates face when I asked them how their day was or helped them through a decision they needed support making, that smile was all I needed to know that they were going to have a good day at practice, they were going to enjoy their day at practice. So yes, we will work hard together, but seeing you happy and energetic to be working out is what is most important to me.

Why Train With Me

You would work with me because I have past experience with those who I have trained. I trained a few teammates in track & field, and 3 became All-Conference athletes in the WIAC, and 1 became an All-American at the D3 level. Yes the training is important but clients being happy and wanting to be there has always been what I see as a key to success.

Super fruits like blackberries, blue berries, and strawberries.

Healthy food I hate

Not much that I dislike. I’m willing to eat anything healthy.
