My Mission

The journey I took myself to go from 290lbs to a range of 170-185lbs broght so lunch joy to myself and I wanted to bring thst joy to others. There's just something special about seeing the change in others as they become there stronger and healthier selves and the absolute joy that it bring to them.

Fitness isn't about being better than someone else, it's about being better than you use to be.
