I have all the practical experience that google does not have. I think the biggest challenge in fitness is not necessarily the lack of knowledge but rather the know how for integrating healthy habits into a persons day to day life in a sustainable manner. Most people will take on a fitness regimen that is too different from their current day to day life or requires too much effort and they are unable to turn the fitness program into a long term, permanent lifestyle change. I have the capability of sitting down with a client and figuring out how we can implement these new habits into their current schedules and lifestyle preferences in order to make a long term change.
