I think clients should train with me because I have a wide variety of experience. When I was younger I had an eating disorder and had to gain weight in order to recover. From there I found a fitness passion and was able to work with and coach athletes. I am now working on my own weight loss and injury rehabilitation goals. With all of my experience I have found different methods of training will work for different goals and different clients. There isn't a one size fits all approach to fitness.
My favorite go to on an active day is a 50/50 style split with half lifting focus, half HIIT focus.
My favorite healthy food is anything smoothie or shake related!
