Meet Coach Kristoff

My Mission

My mission is to teach 1000 people how to live a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime. I want to help people overcome the dogma that all of the tv ads and fitness models have lead the population to believe, so that my clients can live their ideal life and help their friends and family improve their lifestyles as well!

It's not about being perfect, it's only about you being better than you were yesterday.

Training with me is a good idea because I genuinely care about all of my clients and dedicate countless hours into research, program design, and note taking to ensure my clients reach their goals efficiently. I also help my clients prevent injury and repair muscular imbalances that they likely wont know how to do on their own.

    My favorite workout is pushups, pullups, squats, and some kind of jumping exercise. I hate running.

    My wife is a big fan of my stir fry dishes. I'm also a fan of eggs, and beef in the shape of burgers

    I refuse to eat kale, I think the stuff is disgusting. Most other foods are fair game though.
