For optimal results, each person has to be assessed to determine which exercise plan would be best for them. When trying to do it yourself with online information, it is very general and you run the risk of injury from improper form, lifting too heavy, wearing improper shoes, etc. Also the way someone may be training for themselves online does not mean that is the most effective method for the client.
