I meet a client where they are in their life (stress levels, how busy they are, their physical condition, etc). I do not try to push them past their capabilities but I do push them just far enough to get out of their comfort zone so they see consistent progress without feeling overwhelmed by the process. I teach them how to steadily transition to an overall healthy lifestyle and how to maintain it long term. It's not about simply losing weight, it's about thriving rather than just surviving in life
I really enjoy animal flow. It trains my body to move in any direction without limitation.

I can't do eggplant, beets, collard greens, okra, peas or pumpkin

I used to be 50 pounds heavier than I am now
