My husband and I had a life altering reality check some years ago and we were lucky enough to recover from it (physically, mentally, emotionally, and our marriage itself). I know what it's like to transform my body and ultimately, my entire life. I learned what it feels like to thrive in life and not simply survive each day. It is now my goal to help show others what life can truly be like when you change your perspective and your approach on what "healthy" can be.
Kristin's mantra
I meet a client where they are in their life (stress levels, how busy they are, their physical condition, etc). I do not try to push them past their capabilities but I do push them just far enough to get out of their comfort zone so they see consistent progress without feeling overwhelmed by the process. I teach them how to steadily transition to an overall healthy lifestyle and how to maintain it long term. It's not about simply losing weight, it's about thriving rather than just surviving in life
